SPECIAL TERMS
These Special Terms constitute an integral part of the General Terms, and they are applicable and form a part of the Contract in relation to the Plan chosen. Any capitalized definitions used herein, unless defined differently herein, shall be understood as defined above in the General Terms.

SPECIAL TERMS FOR PLAN 1a: STARTER

CONDITIONS

To enroll in Plan 1a, the User shall:

Have basic computer and/or phone literacy.

Have at least a 1 phone number, which is not currently used upon the WhatApp feature.

Create the Account and pay the Fee for the Plan as described in the General Terms.

The Plan 1a lasts 30 days or 1 calendar year, counted from the day of the payment of the Fee for the Plan 1a and after that period the subscription expires. If the Fee for the next period of the subscription won’t be paid on time, the Plan 1a will expires and provision of the Services is terminated.

Other technical and special rules of performance of the Service upon the Plan 1a are possible to be provided in the Application and/or the Website and or the Materials to which the Client will be compliant with and accepts them as an integral part of the Special Terms to be able to use the Service.

SERVICES

Plan 1a includes the following Services:

The possibility of providing of up to 300 WhatsApp inbound conversations, who self-initiated conversation with the Client using WhatsApp via Agents or EasyBot or Chatbot.

Integration of the Account with the free version of EasyBot and with the Chatbot.

Community support included.

FEE
-
For the Services performed in the Plan 1a, The Client is obliged to pay the Fee provided by the Customer in the price list located at the following link: https://help.livechat-integrations.com/whatsapp-business/pricing, which constitute an integral part of the Special Terms.

NEW CLIENT’S REFUND

For the new Clients only, the first number you add to the Application, if done using LiveChat Application, is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee for the Plan 1a you've purchased. The following conditions apply:

The Clients needs to provide a proper refund information at contact@livechat-integrations.com, within the first 14 days after you purchase the Plan 1a.

The money back guarantee applies only to the Plans obtained using the LiveChat Application.

Refund covers only the first number added to the Application, including but not limited to WhatsApp number, and is limited to just once per Client.

MODIFICATIONS OF SPECIAL TERMS

The introduction of changes to the Special Terms by the Provider is made upon the Provider’s decision communicated to the Client in the proper form.

The amendments introduced to the Special Terms shall be disclosed to the Clients through the Website and/or the Application, Account or via e-mail correspondence.

Before accepting the Special Terms, the Client shall always review the current version of the Special Terms.
-
Introduction of the amendments to the Special Terms shall not affect any Services in progress, unless otherwise provided by applicable law or accepted by both Parties.

The Client will be notified of any amendments made to the Special Terms and the amended Special Terms will be effective upon their disclosure and acceptance by the Client. Continuing to use the Services after the amended Special Terms become disclosed, constitutes a binding acceptance of the Client of such amendments.

CONDITIONS

To enroll in Plan 2a, the User shall:

Have basic computer and/or phone literacy.

Have at least a 1 phone number, which is not currently used upon the WhatApp feature.

Create the Account and Pay for the Plan as described in the General Terms.

The Plan 2a lasts 30 days or 1 calendar year, counted from the day of the payment of the Fee for the Plan 2a and after that period the subscription expires. If the Fee for the next period of the subscription won’t be paid on time, the Plan 3b will expires and provision of the Services is terminated.

Other technical and special rules of performance of the Service upon the Plan 2a are possible to be provided in the Application and/or the Website and or the Materials to which the Client will be compliant with and accepts them as an integral part of the Special Terms to be able to use the Service.

SERVICES

Plan 2a includes the following Services:

The possibility of providing of up to 1000 WhatsApp inbound conversations and 100 WhatsApp outbound conversations (regardless of who initiated the conversation), using WhatsApp via Agents or EasyBot or Chatbot.

After using up all of the open conversation messages mentioned in the sec. 2.1.1. and 2.1.2. of the Special Terms of the Plan 2a, the possibility of adding additional conversations upon the consequent Fee to be paid up.

The possibility of initiating the conversations with the indicated WhatsApp users, who prior self-initiated conversation with the Client using WhatsApp or EasyBot or Chatbot, using the additional conversations.

The possibility of creating of coordinated marketing campaigns, with sending the messages to the indicated WhatsApp users, both to them who prior self-initiated conversation with the Client using WhatsApp or EasyBot or Chatbot or those haven’t already self-initiated the conversation, using the additional conversations and the messages mentioned in the sec. 3.2. of the Special Terms of the Plan 2a.

The possibility of sending of the messages and schedule of sending of the messages within the scope of the Plan 2a Services.

The possibility of integration of the Account with the EasyBot and with the Chatbot.

The possibility of integration of the Account with the WhatsApp Flows.
-
The possibility of integration of the indicated and prior accepted by the Provider software that integrates multiple messaging channels.
-
The possibility to block the messages from a certain user.
-
The possibility to restrain the visibility of the numbers of the users from the Users, who are not the Client.
-
Community and Premium support included.

Create the Account and Pay for the Plan as described in the General Terms.

The Plan 3a lasts 30 days or 1 calendar year, counted from the day of the payment of the Fee for the Plan 3a and after that period the subscription expires. If the Fee for the next period of the subscription won’t be paid on time, the Plan 3a will expires and provision of the Services is terminated.

Other technical and special rules of performance of the Service upon the Plan 3a are possible to be provided in the Application and/or the Website and or the Materials to which the Client will be compliant with and accepts them as an integral part of the Special Terms to be able to use the Service.

SERVICES

Plan 3a includes the following Services:

The possibility of providing unlimited WhatsApp inbound conversations and 300 outbound conversations, who self-initiated conversation with the Client using WhatsApp via Agents, EasyBot or Chatbot.

The ability to receive service messages from Clients and respond to them, with no messaging limits of user-initiated conversations. The Provider grants to the Client a discount on this Service, such that for the term of the Contract until revoked by the Provider, or until the Provider is not charged by its provider enabling the provision of this Service, for the use of this Service, this Service shall be free of charge. The Client agrees to pay the entire cost incurred by the Service Provider if charged by the Provider for the Client's use of the Service.
